Scaffold Inspection – Safety & Precautions

Introduction:

An assignment was given to us visit construction and writes a report. Site visit creates a learning environment to student and improve observation skills about safety procedure, safety techniques.

Objectives:

1) Observe the different activities and techniques carried out at site of construction as for the safety of worker aspect.
2) To explore various type of building, building materials, how they work and what type of safety they taken, what types of safety actually needed for workplace hazards.
3) To developer our report writing skill.
4) Explore our knowledge about construction safety, identifies workplace hazards and suggest the remedies for the hazard.

Building site :

The side which we was visit is a residential and commercial building. The site is place near the Smile Hotel, Bombay Restaurant , NH4 Highway Satara.
The site is developed by Sai developers and the Contractor of the building sitter is Mr. Suresh Chavan.

Reason for choosing this site:

The main reason is scaffold Inspection procedure and to get information about scaffold construction, their equipment, procedure followed while construct a scaffold and hazard identification.
