Requirement is at a reputed civil contracting firm in pune.

Minimum qualification: diploma in safety management and fire engineering / diploma in industrial fire and safety

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Educate workers and employees towards safety aspects.
Develop occupational health and safety systems including policies, procedures.
Establishes safety standards and policies as needed.
Ensure all the compliance documents are available at the sit
Ensure permit work (PTW) is fully signed by the permit manager and supervisor before the job is carry out.
Keep the department head informed on any unusual or suspicious circumstances.
Report and investigate incidents, injuries and hazard and implement agreed control measures.
Ensure electrical safety.
Prepare & implementation of HSE plan.
Weekly & monthly progress report as per client requirement (MPR).
Developing and implementing safety policies for preventing workplace injuries.
Conducted regular safety audits, Safety committee and presented reports to the management.
Conduct safety training programs to improve awareness in plant.
Display safety instructions in the plan and create safety culture.
Ensure that the appropriate personal protective equipment’s and clothing are available, warm when required.

Salary: 18000 rs per month
