Educational Visit to Fire Station Karad, Satara

Our team visited Karad fire station. Fire officer Mr. Anand Mane guided our students about different types of water sprinklers used while extinguishing the fire. Different equipment used while rescue operations. Fire suits & how to use them & what are the precautions to avoid burn injuries. 1. Fire tender(truck) combine with fire engine & water tender. 2. There are 6 seats for fire fighters in tender. 3. Capacity of this tender truck is about approx 11000 liters. 4. Tender truck is equipped with fire fighting equipment. 5. Equipment like hoses & spray nozzles.
